So, first you have to download a app called "Gimp", you dont need to pay money, its free, so first i open the app, then inside the app i paste the flag, then i paste the map, i make a new layer, then i start to draw the borders of the country map, later i remove the map and boom, ez flag map, if you want to remove the rest of the flag, you can fill the layer with a random color

How i make Flag-maps: So, First i search a map in blank of a country i want, then i copy it and paste it to paint 3D, then i use the "magic select" tool and i remove the country, i remove the backround and i just keep the map, then i copy a image of the country and paste it to the map, i adjust it in the country, and boom, there is the flag-map

Other stuff: After i posted the flag map of the USA, i was ready to post the flag map of the Japanese Empire, when i posted it, it said "you need to add the image" something like that, but i already had the image in, i tried again, and again, i refreshed the page, and no, how strange, probably tomorrow or today ill upload the flag-map, and its the first time i post some art to newgrounds lol.
